Creative Wellbeing - Monday 10am

Bodmin Wellness Hub
What is it?
A space to meet and have a cuppa with access to information, activities and services with access to information, activities and services that help you improve or maintain mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
All sessions are funded and free to attend.
Lunch & Talk - 1st Thursday of the month
Every month we offer a free lunch & talk on a variety of subjects. Book with Sara sara@intobodmin.co.uk
Physical & Emotional Wellbeing - 2nd Thurs of the month
We invite health & wellbeing services in to share what they do and offer 1:1 advice if needed.

Trips - 3rd Thursday of the month
A funded trip to a local place of interest including all transport. Book with Sara sara@intobodmin.co.uk

The Old Library Refurbishment project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Cornwall Council has been chosen by Government as a Lead Authority forthe fund and is responsible for monitoring the progress of projects funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
