intoChange - Our Work
We work alongside places and organisations at moments of transition — when there’s ambition, uncertainty, or simply a sense that something needs to change.
Looe Town Council & Creative Looe CIC
We were commissioned by Looe Town Council to explore how creativity could play a stronger role in the town’s future and to help define the role of Creative Looe CIC. Working with TAC, Lizzie Hilton and Fotonow, we combined research, policy alignment and practical engagement to test whether a creative collective could act as a catalyst for change.
Instead of relying on formal meetings, we designed visible consultation tools that moved around the town, inviting people to share problems, dreams and ideas. Alongside a short survey and a youth photography project, this fed into a focused feasibility report with clear recommendations and next steps for growing Looe’s creative confidence and capacity.
“Fin led a project for Looe Town Council in late 2025 to develop a feasibility study for creative arts in the town. The project had a very short deadline but nevertheless, he was able to organise a meaningful number of consultation sessions with local practitioners and young people and then delivered a comprehensive report with some clear recommendations which we are now taking forward.
Working with Fin was a pleasure to work with as he was open, organised and listened to our needs well. I have no hesitation in recommending Fin and his team.”
Sam White, Town Clerk, Looe Town Council
Torpoint Artists Collective
We supported the early strategic development of Torpoint Artists Collective, a new Community Interest Company established by local artists to strengthen Torpoint’s cultural life. Our role focused on reviewing existing material, facilitating structured strategy conversations, and shaping a clear and viable business model. Together, we clarified purpose, identified funding and partnership pathways, and developed a practical roadmap to guide the next phase of growth.
Alongside business planning, we helped position the collective’s wider vision (including developing creative space on the high street and exploring the reuse of Horson Cemetery Chapel) as a credible contribution to the town’s economic and social future. The result was a stronger strategic framework, sharper messaging, and a confident foundation for stakeholder engagement and fundraising.
“Torpoint Artists Collective benefited greatly from the support and guidance provided by Fin and intoBodmin through the consultancy process last year. The work helped us clearly articulate our vision, mission and values, and translate these into practical frameworks that have helped guide our development as a sustainable social enterprise.
Through the creation of our Community Value Canvas, Strategic Framework and supporting plans, we now have a stronger foundation for decision-making, partnership working and future funding. The process was both collaborative and insightful, enabling us to better understand our role within the town and the wider cultural landscape.
We would strongly recommend this approach to any organisation or partnership seeking to develop a clear, community-led strategy for place-based renewal and long-term impact.”

South East Cornwall Arts
We were commissioned by SECA to support the development of their strategic direction and strengthen their internal alignment. The work focused on clarifying purpose, identifying priorities and shaping a more coherent plan for the next phase of their growth.
Through a series of structured sessions, we facilitated honest discussion, surfaced key tensions and translated ideas into practical actions. The outcome was a clearer framework for decision-making and a shared understanding of where SECA should concentrate its energy and resources.
Over the course of several workshops, Fin helped us to clarify our thinking about the purpose and focus of the SECA partnership, share and develop our understanding of the market, and come away with tangible actions. Gentle but thoughtful questions, coming from a place of real experience, were of real value in drawing out the perspectives of each partner and created an environment in which we listened carefully to each other and built trust. Everyone who took part wants to be involved in the next stage of developing SECA, so result! - Sue Brownlow, SECA Chair
Business Coaching for CreativeUK
For CreativeUK, we delivered structured one-to-one business coaching to creative enterprises as part of their regional support programme. Across a series of focused sessions, we acted as a sounding board and critical friend, helping founders clarify their offer, sharpen their positioning and sense-check their financial models. We worked through tools such as the Business Model Canvas, goal setting frameworks and simple cashflow forecasting to bring clarity to income streams, audiences and delivery priorities.
Alongside strategy, we supported practical decision-making. This included reviewing pricing, stress-testing growth plans, identifying realistic trading targets and mapping partnership opportunities. Each session ended with clear next steps and accountability, ensuring momentum between meetings. The work was about strengthening confidence and commercial resilience, while keeping each organisation rooted in its creative purpose and values.
